Service - Our office staff will arrange for an inspector to meet you at the property, generally within a few days of contacting us. We will address your concerns during the inspection and our inspectors will answer any questions you may have later by phone.

Professionalism - Our 25-to 35-page narrative report is produced in our office and delivered to you via email, fax, or is mailed to you within two-working days.  The report also is available to you on-line through a password-protected location on our website.
